CMI Management and Leadership Programme
The Level 5 CMI qualifications in management and leadership are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills.
To complete the Diploma you must undertake all six units/awards which will enable you to focus your personal development to grow your management capabilities and competencies.
An award develops your knowledge by focusing on a specific area relevant to your job, plus a written work-based assignment. The award can also be undertaken as a non-accredited course.
A certificate is two awards of your choice plus a written work-based assignment for each award.
The diploma consists of seven awards plus a written work-based assignment for each award.
