An exciting opportunity to study a brand-new foundation degree at the Cornwall Counselling Institute. You will learn core psychological theory and apply this to clinical and criminal populations. You will also study the wider systemic causes of anti-social behaviour and the impact this has on the individual and society. We will also explore contemporary therapeutic interventions used with perpetrators and victims of crime and there is an opportunity for you to learn and practice counselling skills from professional industry experts.
Our Psychology with Criminology programme will be of special interest to students who are fascinated by both psychology and criminal justice as it aims to provide an excellent grounding for those looking to pursue careers within the criminal justice system, forensic psychology or social policy.
