Course information

Blue and yellow Pansy flower These courses run at the St Austell campus on Tuesdays from 10.00-4.00.

This is an exciting project where you can develop your gardening skills and knowledge in a quiet area of the St Austell campus.

You will learn how to plant seeds, propagate and grow a variety of plants, herbs and vegetables whilst being mindful of the local habitats and conservation.

You will be encouraged to focus on areas of interest to you with tutor support.

Our Road to Wellbeing courses are relaxed and informal, enabling you to improve your wellbeing and mental health, building your self-confidence, and they are a great way to make friends.

Our courses are for anyone aged 19+ who is experiencing or recovering from mental ill-health.

This can be mild, moderate or long term.
