There is a fee of £30 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.

On this course, you will learn the different types of Petit Fours, the skills to make filled chocolates, different types of fillings and how to present them.

Kicking off with a demonstration taking you through the basics, you will then have the opportunity to put your learning in to practice.

This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members, helping to build relationships and improve their cooking skills while gaining knowledge of food and nutrition.
