Course information
The primary purpose of this qualification is to develop your knowledge and skills to build your expertise, inspiring you to undertake tactical tasks that deliver value. You will build your confidence and knowledge to be able to contribute to immediate colleagues, customers and the organisation; supporting change and driving impact, to create immediate and short-term value. You will gather information to use in your role and use this to understand your work, organisation and profession more deeply.
It is suited to those who:
• are studying, aspiring to, or embarking on, a career in people practice
• are working in a people practice support role and wish to develop their knowledge and deliver immediate and short-term value for their organisation
• wish to develop the specialist knowledge, skills and understanding required to be a people professional
Although there are no formal entry requiremets, an initial diagnostics to ensure that this qualification is appropriate for the learner will be carried-out. This will include making sure that learners can meet the requirements of the learning outcomes and can access the appropriate literacy and numeracy needed to complete this qualification.
