Ceramics for Wellbeing

On this course you will explore several clay-modelling, hand building techniques, and ceramic decorative processes. You will explore making functional ware and sculptural pieces, linking to historical context, archaeology and geology.

The tutor will give you guidance to achieve your goals which you can adapt to make your own creations. You will develop your ideas by considering design, form and function.

The road to wellbeing courses are relaxed and informal, enabling you to improve your wellbeing and mental health by building your self-confidence and self -esteem. Attending our classes is also a great way of meeting new people and making friends.
