Course information

This is a creative writing course for those who have always wanted to write and for more experienced writers who have stalled and are looking for new inspiration.

The course covers the basics of story writing and is designed to stimulate the imagination and quieten the inner voice that prevents us from developing our ideas. It consists of short, confidence building exercises and will focus on a different topic each week.

Homework will be set consisting of a short reading which complements the week's topic and a writing task which aims to establish a regular writing habit. You will share your writing in a friendly and constructive atmosphere and it is hoped you will contribute to discussions as your confidence grows.

If this is for you come and join us. You will be very welcome.
