Improving Personal Exercise, Health & Nutrition Certificate Level 2 (Learning Curve Platform) (Online)

Sports and Fitness Students The level 2 Certificate in Improving Personal Exercise, Health and Nutrition will enable you to develop the skills you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

You will learn how to assess your fitness levels, how to design a healthy personalised diet and exercise plan, and develop your understanding of anatomy and physiology.

The course will also teach you about healthy lifestyles and how technology can be used to help you on your journey.

• Understand the Role of Nutrition in Exercise
• Plan and Prepare for Personal Exercise and Nutrition

Entry requirements

Aged 19+ at the beginning of the academic year and will need to have the right to study in the UK and been a resident for a minimum of 3 years.

Assessment

The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. Where indicated in the unit specifications, assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles. Materials for internal assessment must be submitted to The Learning Curve for approval prior to use and must be mapped to the relevant unit, learning outcome and assessment criteria. All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a Pass – there is no grading.

• Level 2 and 3 Certificate/Diploma in Sport
