The second & third floors within this licenced HMO shared house are solely available for Newquay University students.
There a two rooms available on the second floor. One large & one medium sized, fully furnished rooms comprising of double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a settee. Also, within the room there is a shower and wash hand basin.
There’s a separate toilet and kitchen on the same floor which is shared with one other student.
