Shared house in the village of Luxulyan, just two miles from the Eden Project.
Garden and parking. Shared kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom.

The relaxed landlady and her small friendly dog spend much time travelling, and when not will spend most time in a cabin at the end of the garden with access to bathroom, kitchen and small bedroom which would only be used occasionally, for example in very bad weather or occasionally for guests of the landlady. The wild garden has an upper patio area and a lawn below with a firepit that you’re welcome to use. Any gardening help always welcome! A pet may be possible but no cats and a fully refundable £100 deposit.

Luxulyan has an excellent shop/post office, great pub, an active church, amateur dramatic society, train station ( Newquay to Par line) and a bus service plus incredible walking opportunities in the Luxulyan valley and a public footpath to the Eden project.
