Course information

Breadmaking Courses This introductory workshop is aimed at complete beginners to bread making. By the end of the workshop you will be able to confidently create a tasty, nutritious and healthy topping flavoured loaf of bread.

There is a fee of £30 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.

Through interactive demonstration and hands on practical learning, this course provides the foundation to those that want to gain a basic understanding of the principals of making fresh bread. Plus, learn how to add tasty, healthy and nutritious flavours and toppings to your bread!

This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members, helping to build relationships and improve their cooking skills while gaining knowledge of food and nutrition.

Learners will be assessed through observation and oral questioning.

If you enjoy the experience and want to study further then the progression route would be to enrol on our Level 2 Professional Cookery course.
