Sausage making is a tradition in many cultures, allowing for creativity, flavour, and the joy of creating something delicious from scratch. Our one-day course provides all the essentials you need to dive into the world of sausage making.

Starting off with a demonstration taking you through the basics from choosing your meat and flavours to creating your own sausages. This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members.

Learners will be assessed through observation and oral questioning

If you enjoy the experience and want to study further, then the progression route would be to enrol on our L2 Professional Cookery course.
