Your training, usually one day every other week at college with the rest of your time spent in the workplace, will focus on these core topics:

Business fundamentals
Processes

We will also look at skills in IT, Communication and Project Management. Along with behaviours in Professionalism, Adaptability and Responsibility.

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

University study such as our BA (Hons) Business Enterprise Management, a higher level apprenticeship in a relevant area or university study in a business administration related degree programme.
