Course information
The Level 5 CMI qualifications in management and leadership are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills.
To complete the Diploma you must combine the units/awards to the minimum of 37 credits, plus a written work-based assignment for each award. This will enable you to focus your personal development to grow your management capabilities and competencies.
An award (at least one unit to the minimum of 4 credits) develops your knowledge by focusing on a specific area relevant to your job, plus a written work-based assignment. The award can also be undertaken as a non-accredited course.
A certificate is the combination of units to the minimum of 13 credits of your choice plus a written work-based assignment for each award.
