Whether new to the role or seeking to develop your practice, a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, supported by tutors who have recent industry experience, can take you in any direction – business to business, business to customer, retail, sales or hospitality. Entry Requirements

Customer Service Practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction with an organisation. You will need English and maths GCSEs at grade 3, plus any criteria specific to you employer. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

Progression

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, there will may also be a new Customer Service Apprenticehip available at the time you complete this course (these new programmes are still being developed in partnership with industry and awarding bodies).
