This is the ideal class to learn about healthy alfresco cooking!
If you are planning on moving or travelling abroad to hot countries or are just enjoying the summer evenings - then alfresco cooking is a must. Why not learn about the best foods, methods, and the healthiest ways to cook alfresco?
You’ll leave with the skill to make various alfresco dishes for you and your family.
There is a fee of £30 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.
You will learn the skills and gain understanding to work and control your alfresco cooking methods. Cooking up a storm on the BBQ, griddle or fire pit, you will produce garlic and chilli prawns, marinated lamb kebabs, and a minute steak.
This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members, helping to build relationships and improve their cooking skills while gaining knowledge of food and nutrition.
