Course information
This is the ideal class to learn about different types of pasta and healthy sauces to accomplish them. You’ll leave with the skill to make various pasta dishes at home for you and your family!
There is a fee of £30 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.
You will learn, practise and prefect the art of fresh pasta making while producing a healthy fresh meal.
This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members helping to build relationships and improve their cooking skills, gaining knowledge of food and nutrition.

Learners will be assessed through observation and oral questioning.
If you enjoy the experience and want to study further, then the progression route would be to enrol onto our Level 2 Professional Cookery course.
