Course information
This course is designed for individuals who feel confident using basic jewellery techniques, such as those taught during the Introduction course, e.g. soldering, piecing, filing etc.
This course will enable the participant to create lovely silver jewellery with bezel set semi-precious stones advancing to the skill of setting popular locally found sea glass and will also include guidance on how to apply these techniques to design and make your own individual jewellery.
Materials for the first project and consumables for the course are provided and your tutor will advise you of where you can buy any further materials you need. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron to protect your clothes and footwear should not be open toed. Please bring a note pad and pen.
Fee payable when booking.
This course runs on a Wednesday evening, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, for 8 or 10 weeks depending on the length of the term.
