This leisure course aims to provide adults with SEND the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports and physical activities in a supportive and inclusive environment. The course focuses on promoting physical health, social interaction, and overall well-being through enjoyable and accessible activities.
• Introduction to simple fitness routines and exercises.
• Importance of warm-up and cool-down exercises.
2. Team Sports and Social Interaction
• Participation in team sports to promote teamwork and communication.
• Building social skills through group activities and games.
3. Recreational Activities
• Engaging in fun and enjoyable physical activities
• Encouraging lifelong participation in physical activities.
4. Health and Nutrition
• Basic principles of healthy eating and its impact on physical performance.
• Understanding the role of nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
