Sunday roasts… what a wonderful British tradition. Expect roast chicken and classic roast beef with Yorkshire puddings, vegetarian roast ideas, inspiring roast pork plus many healthy alternative Sunday roast ideas.
This is the ideal workshop for those wishing to gain knowledge of how to cook the healthiest of Sunday roast dinners for yourself and your family.
There is a fee of £30 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.
You will tackle the traditional accompaniments for your roast that transforms a good roast into a healthy Sunday feast.
Firstly, you will roast, crackle, and create perfectly cooked pork with apple sauce, roast gravy, sausage sage, and chestnut stuffing. You will then move on to the beautiful roast beef with Yorkshire puddings, cider braised red cabbage, horseradish sauce and beef gravy.
You will create your own delicious roast meal with the guidance of our experienced chef.
This course will leave you motivated to recreate and experiment at home with your family members, helping to build relationships and improve their cooking skills and knowledge of different roast dinners and their nutritional values
