Concorde Recruitment is delighted to announce the appointment of Julian Chenoweth, Executive Chairman and founder of Recycle it Global UK, as the newest member of its board.
Julian brings a wealth of experience in sustainable business practices and strategic leadership, further reinforcing Concorde’s commitment to driving growth and innovation within the recruitment sector in the region.

The board includes Rob Bosworth, Peter Child, Geoff Warring, Matthew Davies, Graeme Sinclair, Sarah Brierley, John Hooper and Julian Chenoweth. Their collective responsibilities include advising, supporting and proactively promoting Concorde Recruitment across Cornwall and Devon through industry expertise and their networks.

Julien Chenoweth’s professional journey is marked by diverse and remarkable experiences. He began his career as a Royal Marine Commando before transitioning to lead an archaeological expedition to South America.
Afterward, he built and scaled several large businesses, employing more than 350 people at their peak and successfully executing three business exits.
Today, Julian continues to grow his portfolio, serving on the boards of 18 companies where he maintains direct involvement.
Across his group, he employs more than 100 people, with all ventures operating in the sustainable and construction industries.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Julian is a jet-ski safety operator for the big wave surfing community in Nazaré, Portugal. He is also deeply interested in studying religious scriptures and exploring spiritual development, reflecting a commitment to personal growth and community engagement.
